1.How do I order?
To order a ugg boot just click" Add to Cart" button, located under product's picture. Once you have chosen all the items you wish to purchase click "View Cart". This will then commence the check out and payment process. Just follow all the prompts which will collect information such as the shipping and payment details. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the check out process.
2.Are there any additional duties or taxes?

3.Can I look at your products in any retail outlets?
We are an online only shop and as such we do not have any physical retail outlets. This means we can pass on savings to you - our valued customer. However, all our products can be viewed in this online shop with comprehensive details and descriptions.

5.Are my boots water resistant?
Our genuine sheepskin footwear is resilient to the basic elements, but if they do get very wet you need to let them dry in a shaded area away from the sun and rain. Our sheepskin boots are not waterproofed when you receive them, so they won??t withstand heavy rain or snow for very long. Using waterproofing spray such as Sheepskin Water & Oil Repellent can help protect the boots from the harsh elements. The first time this coating is applied should ideally be when the footwear is new.
7.Colours of products on this website?
The product colours on this site are representational only. Actual colours on finished products may vary from those displayed. Sheepskin is a natural product and colours of different pairs of boots may vary slightly in dye penetration from time to time according to the lanolin content within individual skins.
The darker colours may transfer some dye to the feet for some time at the beginning of wearing the new boots.
8.How do I wash my boots and/or remove stains?
Wet entire boot or shoe with cold water. Sheepskin Shampoo & Conditioner to a clean sponge or soft brush. Clean entire area thoroughly and evenly. Once you have washed and rinsed the footwear in cold water, place them in your washing machine and put it on a spin cycle for a few minutes just to get rid of the excess water. Reshape by stuffing with paper towel. Allow to dry naturally and slowly - DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight. You will notice once the footwear have dried that they have shrunk slightly but this is normal. After wearing them for an hour or so, they will go back to the normal, warm and comfortable state you are used to.

To remove grease stains you can sprinkle white chalk powder over the stain and leave it for a few minutes. Blow away the excess chalk and gently rub the stain with your hand. You can repeat this a few times until the stain has almost disappeared. If the stain is particularly stubborn you could try gently rubbing it with sandpaper but be aware that this could also remove the colour.
Spotting can occur if the boots come into contact with droplets of water. This can usually be removed by folding the boot onto itself (skin against skin) and gently rubbing it together.
9. What size should I order if I am in between sizes?
If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 8,you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will stretch a little as the fleece footbeds form to each individual foot.Check Size Chart Now!
10. What is the difference between the Ultra and the Classic?
The Ultra has a lug sole and a reinforced toe area that will stand up to more rugged activities, whereas the Classic is better suited to lighter day-to-day activities. Also, the Ultra boots have removable, replaceable footbeds that provide greater arch support. Finally, the Ultra Tall has a strip of embroidery running up the back.
11. How much taller is the Ultra/Classic Tall than the Ultra/Classic Short?
The height of the Classic/Ultra Short varies from lower to mid calf, depending on the individual's legs;The Classic/Ultra Tall will vary from mid-calf to just below the knee, again depending on the individual's legs.
12. Can I wear my boots in the rain or snow?
Sheepskin is naturally water resistant, and therefore small amounts of moisture will not seep through or damage it. For more complete protection, we recommend treating products with a Stain and Water Repellent. Boots/shoes with full grain leather uppers are waterproof, but it is still recommended that they be treated.
13. Are UGG boots meant strictly for use during the winter?
No. In warmer weather (up to 80) the soft fibers act as a natural air conditioner, keeping your feet cool and comfortable.
14. To what temperature will UGG footwear keep my feet warm?
Wool fleece helps maintain body temperature, making UGG footwear appropriate for all climates. The wool will keep your feet warm down to -30.
15. Are UGG boots breathable?
Yes. The fleece foot bed wicks away moisture and allows air to circulate, keeping your feet dry.
16. How do I know if I have the right size?
UGG Footwear should be snug, but not uncomfortable. They will give a little as they mold to your foot, resulting in a comfortable fit.
17. Do I need to weatherproof my Ugg boots?
Since UGG footwear is made of sheepskin and leather, they are naturally resistant to small amounts of water. We do recommend waterproofing them if you intend on wearing them in heavy snowfall or rain.

19. Does the manufacturer have a warranty?
UGG footwearhas a one year warranty against defective materials and workmanship (outside of normal wear and tear). Because sheepskin is a natural product, irregularities and variations in color and texture may exist. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear.
20. My boots are making my feet turn black. Is this a defect?
No. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker-colored sheepskin during first few wears.
21. Is it true that you should wear them barefoot?
YES! UGG footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximize the cushioning effect and the warmth of sheepskin.
22. Do you have a secure server? Am I safe submitting my credit card information to you over the Internet?

We are a retailer of the products we sell; therefore we do not have information about other retail store locations. You must contact the company directly to obtain this information.
26. Do you charge for shipping and sales tax?
No. There is never sales tax and all are shipped to you free of charge.
27. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we are not able to ship internationally, though we are currently researching this possibility,but mainly to USA,UK,Canada,Australia Marketing. Please check back in the future for this option.
28.What about delivery time?
For packages shipping,all orders may take a bout 1week delivery time to your door and also trackable online any time.

31. How long will it take to process my return?
We process all returns in the order they are received, and we do process them as quickly as possible. On all returns and exchanges, processing may take up to 15days.
32. What if I have worn my shoes? Can I still return them?
No. We cannot take back worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition,including package.
33. I do not have a PayPal account?
You do not need one; you can pay by debit/credit card. the paypal company accept many credit card. You don't need to open a paypal account and you can pay by credit card through paypal's gateway.
34.My order still says processing after a few days
This is normal, once we receive a delivery date your account will be updated with this information so you know when your order will be delivered.
35.What if i am not available on my delivery date?
If you are not available to sign for your order then it will be returned to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.
36.Do I have to sign for delivery?
